The jersey runs XXS to XXL on one block. If you are between two sizes, say your usual football shirt size and what you dislike about how it fits — that is more useful than measurements alone.

How long a reply takes
Fizz is one person, not a support desk. Expect a reply within two working days, and sooner on anything involving an order that has already been paid for. If four days pass with nothing, the message did not arrive — send it again rather than assuming you were ignored.
Languages
German and English, both properly. French gets an answer too, just a slower and less elegant one.
